With all the changes that are happening at a very fast pace, we thought we would share with you how we are still able to assist you and your family should you require our services.


Our offices and Chapels are continuing to operate during normal hours. We are implementing strategies to ensure our frontline staff are available during this period. We are as always contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week via phone.


Where families have been or are at risk of spreading a virus and are unable to meet face to face, we are able to arrange funerals via the following methods:

  • Via a secure link to our back of house softwaresystem. 
  • Over the phone.
  • Via video conferencing software.
  • Via email.


We are working closely with Hospitals, Nursing and Aged Care Facilities and the Coroner to ensure the latest protocols and procedures are followed. The Australian Funeral Directors Association is also working with many government bodies and collating resources from other international organisations to keep its members abreast of the most up to date information possible.


Our suppliers have been able to supply critical products to ensure our continuity of care for our families. Many of our suppliers either manufacture and source their materials within Australia. This is not only our coffin manufacturers, but many of our personal protective equipment and mortuary care supplies are also sourced locally. Many of our suppliers also have business continuity response plans for dealing with this type of situation. It is one of the reasons why we partner with them.


Are we able to hold a viewing of our loved prior to the funeral?

Yes. There will be additional precautions in place and your funeral arranger will discuss these with you.

Are we still able to have a Funeral Service?

Yes. Current government restrictions on the number of people who can attend will be taken into account. In addition, we can also record or stream the funeral to those unable to attend. This is done securely via the obituary tribute page on our website.

Are we able to hold a wake with catering?

We have suspended all food catering services relating to the funeral and wake. This is to limit the risk exposure time. Other venue options may be av available and your funeral arranger will discuss this with you.

What other mitigation strategies are there relating to the funeral?

Additional hand sanitizers, tissues, and masks will be made available at our offices, chapels, and churches that we conduct a funeral service at. Please make use of them.

All our staff are practicing extra high hygiene practices and limiting direct contact. So please do not be offended if we refuse a handshake or a comforting hug.

We would love to be able to give you the time to grieve a loss and will do everything within our power to assist the families who trust us to do so.
