Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Carole's Funeral Service being held in the Burnett Chapel, Generation Funerals, 19 Markwell Street, Kingaroy on Wednesday February 2nd, 2022 commencing at 2.00pm.
Due to the current COVID 19 environment, we request all family and friends wishing to attend to please wear a mask, where possible, for you, your family and your community’s protection and the Queensland Health Department COVID19 Regulation applying to indoor venues and social distancing. Thank you for assisting us in our COVID Plan obligation.
Attendees are asked to record their attendance at Carole's Service using the QR Code specifically for this service. This record of attendance will be provided to the family as part of the Memorial tribute book. This QR Code is not a check into venue app.
