Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Carolyn being held at the Kingaroy Uniting Church, 38 Alford Street, Kingaroy on Friday 19th November, 2021 commencing at 10.30am. Private cremation will be held following the service.
Attendees are requested to sign into the Funeral Service Venue using the Qld Check In App, and also to register their attendance at the service as a record for the family using the QR Code that will be provided on the day of the service.
