Family and friends are invited to attend Jade's farewell, to be held, THURSDAY, January 14, 2021, in the Rose Chapel, 22 Toonburra St, commencing at 11.00am. Please wear colourful attire as a way to celebrate Jade's life.

Late of Bungadoo. Taken tragically December 31, 2020. Adored Partner to Rick, much loved Mother to Levi, Skyla, Jaxon, Kobi, Ricky and Ivy. Loving Daughter, Sister, Sister in law, Aunt, Cousin and Friend.
