Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Theo's Funeral Service being held in the Burnett Chapel, Generation Funerals, 19 Markwell Street, Kingaroy on Friday 7th October, 2022 commencing at 11.00am.
Private Cremation will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rebecca Jane Foundation.
